Lincoln,

I realize our discussion of "Accessibility Issues" focused more on 
color selections to get up to the desired 90% usability mark and that 
there will be more focus on other issues in future phases, but I do 
think it would be beneficial, at least, to mention that we brought up 
the topic and spent a good deal of time discussing the full range and 
the importance of striving toward 100% usability of the system.
