Thanks, Veni,

for having helped to move this discussion ahead about, as you say, "attempts of ISOC HQ to guide and control the chapters," especially in view of the letter from Marc Rotenberg.

Being in a difficult environment in Cambodia, and being responsible for getting the ISOC Cambodia chapter going, such discussions to clarify many things are important for the discussions we have with initial members and outreach discussions with quite a number of people interested to become ISOC members, who want to know what kind of structure ISOC is.
