[Chapter-delegates] Privacy and the civil society Madrid Declaration

Jim,
let's wait and see what the ISOC Trustees, who are on our list, would 
say about this particular email - was there a position of ISOC on it, or 
it is an effort by some people at the management level, who thought the 
declaration is against some principles (but which?).
I've also asked the Public Voice to send their comments, which I hope 
they will do soon, and that will respond to Frerderic's concerns. 
Because he's actually criticizing the Public Voice, but addressing the 
questions to us, on this list.
