[Chapter-delegates] more financial info on ISOC

Dear Veni:

I am not sure it is such a good idea to circulate one year's US tax  
returns, cold, like that.
To make sense of it I would need to see the analogous information for  
several recent and the current year, and to be able to collate the  
corresponding data in ISOC's budgets and accounts and the PIR budget  
and accounts for the same years. I assume that the ISOC CFO and the  
BoT have access to all that information.

Just a thought.
