[Chapter-delegates] Details of ISOC meetings alongside the forthcoming ICANN meeting in Seoul - MEETING START TIME CHANGE

Dear Colleagues,

Agenda topics have been collected and the draft agenda's for the two  
ISOC meetings alongside the ICANN meeting in Seoul next week are  
linked from : http://isoc.org/wp/chapter-meetings/.   Remote  
participation will be possible in the large auditorium. We are also  
planning to record the meetings to make them available to those who  
were not able to participate.  We will make this clear at the  
beginning of each meeting and will not proceed if there are objections.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CHANGE OF TIME

Due to a last minute clash with events alongside the ICANN timetable,  
the Chapters and Members meeting will start 30 minutes earlier at UTC  
9.30am or local time 6.30pm. The meeting will now end at UTC 11.30 or  
8.30pm local time.

If you would like to attend the meeting, please help us with planning
