[Chapter-delegates] ISOC's involvement at ITU Telecom World 2009

The Internet Society has a strong presence at the ITU Telecom World  
2009 in Geneva this week.

On Thursday 8 October, both Lynn St. Amour and Karen Rose will be  
speaking on panels in the main Telecom World Forum. The ITU is  
providing a live web cast of proceedings here:

Lynn St.Amour will speak on the Future Internet Panel from 11:00 -  
12:30 (UTC +2).

Karen Rose will speak on the panel "Rethinking regulation in emerging  
markets" from 09:00 - 10:30 (UTC +2).

Also, at the Youth Forum today, ISOC announced the launch of the Next  
Generation Leaders programme. A more detailed news release about this  
programme will be circulated tomorrow, but for now, please see:
