[Chapter-delegates] [sphere-labels] Update: Revising the policies and procedures for Chapters and the "Chapter of the Future" discussion

Dear Colleagues,

The notes and audio recording from the call to discuss "What  
constitutes success for your Chapter?"  as part of the conversation to  
revise the Chapter policies and Procedures can be found at:

This work is ongoing over a series of conversations and the next  
Sphere Labels call will be today, November 25th at UTC 11.00 and UTC  
20.00. The topic of discussion we would like to hear your views on are:

  "To what extent do you think that the vision, mission and activities  
of your Chapter are aligned with that of ISOC Global?"
