[Chapter-delegates] FOIA Request in Poland: Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement

I just would like to inform you that today Internet Society Poland
has filed three Freedom of Information Act requests to
the government of Poland (including the Prime Minister) regarding
documents about ongoing Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement
negotiations.

There are many reports that suggest that future text might include
several provisions that impact directly operation of the Internet.
Nobody knows for sure, since access to the proposed text has
been denied in many countries already; even U.S. Congress
and European Parliament are being kept in the dark.
