Gunela, Arnoud, all:

What a great initiative!
Here in Colombia we have been discussing with some Dissabled People
Organizations (DPO) and with some government agencies, exploring the
possibility of designing a pilot project to use technology, particulary
Internet related technologies, to help People With Dissabilities (PWD) to
overcome some of the barriers that our society has built over the years. We
also have some experience with projects with the IADB, not in this specific
sector, but some experience after all, so that we invite ISOC-Au and
Arnoud´s chapter to consider timing up with us in an inter-chapter project
and with our potential partners in Colombia to study the IADB call for
proposals and may be writing and presenting a proposal.

Regards,

Enrique
