[Chapter-delegates] facebook application?

Hello Greg,
There is a twitter application called Twibe www.twibes.com which should
allow a group such as an ISOC group to be created among the followers of the
ISOC tweets and interact among themselves.
Don't know much about it, ALAC is trying this feature and may be able to
share more information.
