[Chapter-delegates] IGF Survey

Constance,
Many thanks to publish the link to this survey.
I think that all the chapters and ISOC members should be involved in 
commenting on the importance of the continuation of the IGF.
The Membership Survey on IG has shown that Access and Security as well 
as Openness as most important topics to work on for next IGF in Sharm El 
Sheikh, so may it is time if chapters being involved within the IGF 
begin to think about organizing one or more workshops on those topics.
