Narelle is right. It would be enough if we can restrict to facebook,
LinkedIn and Twitter. (You could consider Skype as well as part of this
list)

Twitter is in a sense a "micro-blogging" tool, good for announcements .
 Facebook and LinkedIn are social networking sites, and the perceived
difference between these sites is that facebook is for personal contacts and
LinkedIn is for professional contacts. Both these social networks have
features built in to alert the user by email of any form of communication
received for the user, so easy to monitor.

Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn help us to expand our networks, help us stay
connected and improve interaction. Will help communication between chapters
/ chapter members to a remarkable extent.
