[Chapter-delegates] facebook application?

Why stick to just facebook: Linkedin, twitter... "other" these things come and go, but it would be a good way to promote online 'connectedness'.

There are quite a few in the linkedin group, though at times I wonder how valid they are. There is nothing to stop a nonmember joining. Indeed we probably need to promote ISOC and the chapters a little better through these forums.
