[Chapter-delegates] facebook application?

Hi Veni,

With the new AMS it is possible to flag any member as interested  (or
give any member the opportunity to express her/his interest) during
application or at any later point in time of any number of
interest-groups we may consider useful. 
We will provide a couple of fields at starting time, but I am sure new
ideas will come as soon as the system is available.
I have included your proposal (member of facebook as a flag and an
additional direct active link-field) into our list of ideas.

Thanks for the proposal and please keep sending us more ideas.
