Dear Fatima and friends,
I strongly recommend the ISOC discussion document Preserving the User
Centric Internet,
http://www.isoc.org/pubpolpillar/docs/usercentric_en_2008.pdf
In Spain, i2cat Foundation, in collaboration with the Catalan chapter of
ISOC, is developing the discussion about the Future Internet considering
this document as a basic guideline. This approach is allowing to focus
in how new users and usages are reinventing the Internet, like
green-clean-Internet, arts-culture Internet, or Internet of health.
In this vision, local Internet Society chapters, more closed to the
Internet users, could play a more strategic role in the next Internet.
Best
Artur.
