[Chapter-delegates] Letter from the ISOC Elections Committee

Dear friends,

What a feeling to be part of ISOC in these days!
On behalf ISOC Argentina, congratulations to Khaled, Philip and  
Jonathan. I think all of us have great expectations of your future  
contributions to ISOC with your new responsabilities at the ISOC BoT.
I would also like yo join those messages commending Narelle´s spirit  
(thanks Alex for your wake-up mail) and send our big THANKS to Franck  
Martin. I am very aware of his contributions during this period in the  
BoT, and also know that some of them are not "visible" to the ISOC  
community. His enthusiast work at the Sphere project, and the  
contributions he has made so far to the project, are only a tiny  
example.
