[Chapter-delegates] Letter from the ISOC Elections Committee

Hello,

Felicitations to Frank Martin on his completion of his term of office as a
Trustee on his contributions so far. Congratulations to Khaleed Koubaa, Philip
Smith and Jonathan Zittrain (without making a distinction between Chapter
elected and Organization elected positions) on their elections to the ISOC
Board of Trustees.

Hope with the addition of these three accomplished members to the Board of
Trustees ISOC would take the Internet on a desirable path towards its
future.
