[Chapter-delegates] Letter from the ISOC Elections Committee

let me join you in this congratulation and celebration.

First let me take my hat off to your email here, and to all you've been 
doing for ISOC.

Also I think we have to speak about Franck Martin and the excellent work 
he's done in the Board of Trustees. His independence, freshness of view, 
representation of the principles that chapters hold dear, incisiveness, 
and honesty have created an example.

And then of course let us all congratulate Khaled, whose experience and 
knowledge will also surely contribute to the work of the Board and its 
relationship to chapters' needs, views, and principles.
