[Chapter-delegates] DRAFT notes from the Mexico Chapters workshop and Summary of Feedback

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that the DRAFT notes from the Chapters  
workshop held in Mexico City at the end of February are now available.

We are in the process of following up with action items and providing  
feedback of the content into the Sphere Project groups.  Corrections,  
additions etc on the draft notes are welcome both on or off list to <chapter-support at isoc.org
