And If you have questions, concerns and want to see things acted, or simply congratulate the staff on the work done, please talk to your preferred trustee.

And as I have said, it is sometimes better to talk to a non-chapter elect trustee to make things progress. As chapter elect, we often know the issues, but the whole board needs to subscribe to them.
