Dear Collagues,

--- *Still a Chance of Winning an iPod Touch* --- (details below)

This is a friendly reminder to complete the Chapter Survey that was
produced by the Sphere-Analysis project group. I have attached the
original message below with details to the survey.

21 Chapters have already responded - a big THANK YOU to them!

If you have not yet filled in the survey - please do participate and
take the time to respond as it is important that *all* ISOC Chapters
provide the data. This will ensure that we get an accurate overview and
an overall Chapter 'topography'.

The deadline for winning the iPod Touch, mh, I mean for filling in the
survey is:

	30 March 2009 !!!

Hurry and go now to:

Dear Colleagues,

*Win an iPod Touch!*

Your help is needed.

This email is a request for your participation in an important survey
for the Sphere-Analysis project group. Last year, Sphere Project
interview data concluded that there is no commonly accepted definition
of what it means to be an 'active' Chapter
[http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/tiki-index.php?page=Sphere+Interview+Report&bl=y

/ wiki login required].

There are also no measures in place to be able to gauge success with the
Chapter Development Plan. The task that the Sphere-Analysis group was
set was to provide an answer to both problems. The two are essential
steps to move forward with "Chapter Development" and separately, both
tasks have also been requested by the Board of Trustees.

Results from this survey will provide very important data. The remit of
the Sphere-Analysis group is also: to allow Chapters to make their own
assessment of where they fit on the development scale and to create
diagrams giving the viewer some sense of the overall 'topography' of the
Chapters.

The survey has 3 pages with 31 questions and is available

    in English:

   in French:

   in Spanish:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=_2fo1WmvjZSs1m3gYabRzUrw_3d_3d

It is very important that *ALL* Chapters complete this survey otherwise
we will not have an accurate or complete picture.

A .pdf version of the survey for a quick overview of the quesiton is
available for download on the ISOC web page at:

  http://www.isoc.org/members/surveys/012009/

We understand that answering the questions might take some time (expect
1-2 hours for completion). For this reason we are allowing 8 weeks for
completion and the deadline is 30 March 2009. One response per Chapter
is required.

There will be a lucky prize drawn from the completed surveys so don't
delay answering the questions and enter the draw to get the chance to
win an *iPod Touch* !
