[Chapter-delegates] Your Attendance in Sydney 21-26 June? (ICANN 35)

Dear Colleagues,

Together with ISOC Australia we are in the process of preparing ISOC 
Chapter and member events alongside the ICANN 35 meeting in Sydney, 
21-26 June 2009 (http://syd.icann.org/).

Traditionally we have two Chapter meetings including our "ISOC in ICANN" 
session and one meeting focussed on ISOC Chapters and members issues.

For planning purposes we would like to find out how many of you are 
intending to come to Sydney in June. If possible, please let us know 
before the end of March latest so that we can get an approximate number 
of attendees.

In order to keep the traffic low on this list, replies to the above 
question should only be sent to <chapter-support at isoc.org> unless, of 
course, you would like to make a comment or suggestion for the planned 
events. Your ideas and feedback are always welcome, on and off list.

FYI: Notes, follow up actions and feedback information from our recent 
Chapter workshop in Mexico will be sent to this list shortly.
