Hello,

On March, 24th there will be a discussion on the IPv6 organized by the
Polish Telecom Regulation Authority (UKE)>

Goals of the debate:

     * Why is IPv6 adoption so slow?
     * What are the conditions to deploy the IPv6 by major ISPs in Poland?
     * What are the conditions and obstacles to have content available
via IPv6?
     * What advantages of IPv6 vs. IPv4 can be seen from the point of
view of consumers and network operators?
     * How can the government make the IPv6 adoption easier?
     * Can mobile services server as the catalyst of the IPv6 adoption?

I think it would be good idea if could talk there, but I think a
prominent guest speaker from the Internet Society could be advantageous.

Do you think it is possible to have somebody available on the short notice?

(In Polish:)
