[Chapter-delegates] Initial data extraction from Q

Hi Julien -

Thanks for the time today going over Q & MMT.  It's all a bit clearer  
now that I've seen the products in question.

Here are the fields we discussed getting out of Q for Member data, for  
initial review and testing purposes:

·      Contact ID (constit_ID)

·      Email address

·      Email Preference (text or HTML)

·      First Name

·      Last Name

·      Address 1

·      Address 2

·      City

·      Postcode

·      Country

·      Phone 1

·      Phone 2

·      Chapter membership(s)

·      Active/Non-active Sustaining Member

·      Donor Level

I don't believe format is crucial right now so an Access DB should be  
fine.

All on the CC line, if you feel other data fields are crucial for  
initial testing please respond.  For now, we are trying to keep the  
fields to a relative minimum
