[Chapter-delegates] Presentations to share? Chapter Handbook content request

Dear Colleagues,

Another request from Wendy for content from the Chapter Handbook. She  
is looking copies of presentations that would be helpful to share with  
other Chapters leaders. Presentations fall into 2 categories:

a) Presentations intended to raise awareness of the Chapter and of ISOC
b) Presentations that focus on particular topics, such as Internet  
development, net neutrality, censorship, regulation, technical  
education and so on.
