[Chapter-delegates] Internet Pirate Bay and EU P elections

Hi to everyone,
I just wanted to briefly mention that the Pirate Party in Sweden got
7.1% of the votes according to the official and almost final results, so
they enter the EU parliament with 1 seat for sure.
