[Chapter-delegates] Internet Pirate Bay and EU P elections

Hi,

As a member of ISOC France, I'd like to point out one thing re the Hadopi
issue: we are still waiting for the decision of the French Supreme Court
re the constitutionality of this law.

A decision is expected on 19 June 2009 at the latest.  We will keep you
posted on this.
