Dear Colleagues -

I am pleased to announce that Christian O'Flaherty, of Argentina, has joined
ISOC's Education team.  Christian will be working to advance our Internet
access, growth, and sustainability work under the Enabling Access
initiative, with a particular focus on Latin American and the Caribbean.

Christian brings to ISOC a range of skills and experience.  He has worked in
both university and commercial networking settings in various roles spanning
network development, operations, and business. Christian has also been
active in Internet volunteer and community efforts throughout his career,
including ISOC Argentina, LacNIC, NAPLA, and various other local, regional,
and international forums.
