Oliver and fellow Delegates,
I am pretty sure that the identification of the protection of Intellectual
Property and Marks for ICANN is specifically as it related to Internet
naming and directly in respect of a Name.

I do not believe it includes the entire area of litigation over Intellectual
Property rights or the authority to adjudicate the entires area of the use
of a Name for doing business and other aspects...
