[Chapter-delegates] e-meeting on ISOC's engagement in the World Telecommunication Forum, April 2009, Lisbon, Portugal

Dear Chapter delegates,

 

As mentioned on this list in June, ISOC is engaged in the preparation of the
fourth World Telecommunication Policy Forum to be held in April 2009, in
Lisbon. We'd like to engage with members, chapter delegates, and other
stakeholders with specific knowledge or expertise on the themes that were
recently chosen for the Forum, including Convergence, NGN, and ICT and
Environment. 

 

It is possible to participate in one of the two e-meetings in ISOC's public
Marratech auditorium (no login required):

Note: Due to the low turn out of recent e-meetings, we would like to
establish a quorum of 5 Chapter delegates for each call. If you wish to join
