Dear Colleagues,

[Apologies for duplicates]

Many of you will be aware that sadly, last year Tim Gartside, the
facilitator of the Sphere Project passed away after a short illness.
Since that time I have been looking for someone to take over the
consultant role for the project and I am now pleased to inform you
that Robin Loan will take up this role.

Robin is a highly skilled and insightful group worker and facilitator,
working primarily with large organisational systems and assisting to
effect change particularly in the relationships between the formal and
informal, the seen and the unseen. She has been working in this field
since the late 1970's. Her outstanding successes are seen in the
feedback from clients. Robin and Tim have had a long history of
friendship and peer work dating back to 1993 and they were co-creators
of the Open Sphere methodology.

Robin is in the process of reviewing all the project information and
getting up to speed. We are very fortunate to have her working with
us and I feel we are in very "safe" hands. With her guidance the
project will continue to strengthen relationships between ISOC and the
Chapters and between Chapters and to deliver outcomes that support the
mission of ISOC.

I am delighted to inform you that she will be attending and
facilitating the Chapter workshop in Mexico. This will include some
Sphere content as well as content suggested by the Chapter delegates.
This will be a great opportunity for those that will be in Mexico to
meet Robin in person. More on details of the workshop will be sent in
a separate email soon.

Please join me in welcoming Robin.

Best wishes,

Anne
