Hi,
ISOC Romania has also been contacted.
After I asked a few details, we do not have any new response.
You can see below what they were writing us.
Yours sincerely,
Mihai STAICU

Dear Mr. Mihai STAICU,
Thank you very much for your kind reply. We are looking forward to
discussing the proposal with you and Mr. Tric next week.
I'd like to provide more details of our proposed visit here.
Our Vice-chairman, Dr. Fang Binxing added several possible issues to be
discussed, include but not limited: (1) From the position of our Chapters,
what the governments should do to promote Informatization; (2) What the
governments should do to administrate Internet security; (3) What technical
measures should be taken to enhance Internet security.
The delegation headed by Dr. Fang will be estimated of 7 members, whose
names will be attached in later letters as soon as I obtain them. Including
Romania, we also hope to visit Chapters of several other countries in this
region in mid-July.
Furthermore, in order to favorably get the entry visas of your Embassy, I am
afraid we need official invitations from your Chapter. We will be very
appreciated if you can give some advices or help for our trip.
Yours sincerely,
Hao Xiaowei
Staff member of Secretariat, Internet Society of China (ISC)

Dear Mr. Mihai STAICU,
Here I'd like to provide more details about our trip to Europe proposed in
July.
The delegation headed by Dr Fang Binxing, vice-chairman of Internet Society
of China (ISC), will consist of 7 members, including 3 members from ISC, 3
members from government sectors and 1 member from a network company. All the
government officials and company CEO are collaborators of ISC and they will
discuss the issues such as Internet governance and future cooperation with
your organization from different point of view. Being the Vice-chairman of
ISC, Dr Fang is also the director of Committee of Science & Technology,
National Computer network Emergency Response technical Team/Coordination
Center of China (CNCERT/CC), Academician of China Academy of
Engineering, Member
of the National Information Expert Consultant Group, as well as some other
official and academic positions.
All the expenses incurred by the delegation during the trip will be borne by
our organization. The proposed date of trip to Europe will be from 9 July to
20 July, but we are still not sure whether it will be postponed to August or
September because it will take a rather long period to get visas of several
countries one by one.
According to requirements of your Embassy, in order to apply entry visas to
Romania, I am afraid we need an official invitation letter from an
organization of Romania. So I want to know whether it is convenient for ISOC
Romania to send us an invitation letter. We will be very appreciated for
that.
The details of the delegation members are:
