You need to be logged in to sign up, normally your wiki username is the 
part to the left of the @ sign in the email address you are subscribed 
to the Chapter Delegates list with.

We have two e-meetings scheduled for Tuesday, 17 February, UTC 10:30 and
20:00, on *ISOC's engagement in the World Telecommunication Forum, April
2009, in Lisbon, Portugal* .

So far only two Chapter delegates per call have signed up which does not
reach our quorum of 5 Chapter delegates for each meeting. If you want to
join one of the e-meetings please reply to <chapter-support at isoc.org>
before 17 February UTC 08:00.

In case we need to cancel the meetings due to a low turn out, we will
prepare a written report on ISOC's involvement in the ITU WTPF and share
it with the Chapter Delegates as we feel this is an important issue.

As mentioned on this list in June, ISOC is engaged in the preparation of
the fourth World Telecommunication Policy Forum to be held in April
2009, in Lisbon. We'd like to engage with members, chapter delegates,

themes that were recently chosen for the Forum, including Convergence,
NGN, and ICT and Environment.
