Dear Colleagues,

In response to the survey of Chapter needs launched last year, we are  
pleased to be able to announce two new programmes to support Chapter  
Development in 2009.  Both programmes will be launched at the  
beginning of Q2 (April) and both programmes will work to support  
multiple goals: funding support, Chapter membership recruitment and re- 
invigoration,  raising Chapter visibility and leadership development.
