Here's what I wrote on my facebook: This year I am not sending holidays 
greetings card - on paper, or email. Not on paper, so that I will save 
trees. Not by email, so that I will save energy, which would have been 
used by routers and computers to process my emails, and then to do the 
same with the responses. Thus, I am also cutting carbon emissions. And I 
am saving time of many people for reading and responding. So - happy 
holidays!
