Dear Colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder for call #4 "ISOC Services for Chapters"  
taking place on Tuesday 22nd December at UTC 11.00 and UTC 20.00.  The  
details for the call are below. As usual we will put up the audio  
files and   minutes of the conversation as soon as possible so that  
anyone unable to take part can send in comments at a later date. Peter  
Houstle will also be sending round a call summary and our next steps.

We look forward to another interesting discussion.
