[Chapter-delegates] NEW DATE: for IPv6 briefing paper E-meeting: 22nd September 2009

The date for the IPv6 Briefing Paper e-meetings is scheduled for  
September 22nd, with the same call times of UTC 10.30 and UTC 20.00.   
The meeting will be held in the large auditorium on Marratech.  If you
