Thanks for the suggestion re Marratech meetings - we can certainly do that. 

 

Thanks also for the note about reminders. We usually do send out individual
reminders to all those who have subscribed to e-meeting on the wiki page and
also a few days before, to the chapter delegates list.

Just a suggestion. In EVERY message and reminder for an isoc meeting, please
do include the marratch download link and the room address, almost as a
signature or as a foot line. If someone joins the meeting for the first
time, it would help him or her to find the info handy. At the same time,
even for those of us used to marratech, this would be of great help.

( We are at different places for different meetings, often with different
computers. Yesterday, over a slow Internet connection, it took me twenty
minutes to find the URL to the meeting searching from old email records and
from the chapter wiki )

Also, if Google Calenders or Doodle allows invitees added to the meeting and
a central reminder sent out to those who have added the event to 'my event'
it would improve attendance in meetings. This suggestion is sent with the
assumption that the Staff at Chapter Support is possibly more organized and
systematic than the average participant.
