[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to review draft of section 3 of the Chapter Handbook and participate in a conference call

Dear Colleagues,

We would like to extend an invitation to Chapter delegates who would  
like to volunteer to review the draft of Section 3 of the chapter  
handbook and participate in a discussion with the editorial committee  
on Marratech next week, Wednesday 12th August,  UTC 20.00.
