hi Joly,

Apologies for the delay in replying - I was on vacation.

It should be possible to distribute the .ppt slides. Unfortunately  
there was no record of the audio. We don't yet have text to go with  
the slides, so will need to that write up.  We will make the slides  
available on the chapter wiki when there are notes to go with them and  
I'll drop a note to this list when they are done.  Thanks too for the  
note about the typo.
