[Chapter-delegates] Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) -- Invitation to join ISOC e-meeting on 5 August

Dear Sabrina,

Pleased to read your email. It is a timely taken 
initiative of ISOC and I am very much interested 
to participate in this interaction. However, I am 
going home tomorrow for summer holiday, but will 
be looking forward to the meeting minutes to have an overview.
