Dear all,

Many thanks for your event suggestions. As mentioned in my original 
message, the amount of money for this programme in 2009 is limited and 
the programme is competitive. Some of the money was already used to fund 
Chapters to attend the Chapters workshop in Mexico. The remainder will 
be used to directly support ISOC's priorities by funding attendance at 
the regional INETs. If there is spare funding, attending other events, 
such as those suggested will be considered.

As always, we will evaluate the effectiveness of the programme as we 
roll it out, and will be able to review the possibility of other events 
in that context next year.
