Thanks Holly,
I will appreciate seeing your comments on the last round.  I will definitely be back to you, as with all members & Chapters, soon to seek a broad range of views to feed into shaping the ISOC response.  But on a matter as critical as this for the future of the Internet and the Internet model as a whole, I want to reaffirm that in line with our mission we will need to consult broadly - within ISOC, but also within Internet community, IETF, etc., to ensure the most appropriate response possible. 

Looking forward to working with you as we move forward.
