Thank you so much!

As we are still in the rejuvenating process, ISOC-PH is doing only a 
remote participation (Diplo is the one submitting their proposal for the 
RP). At present, I don't think that ISOC-PH is capable of submitting a 
proposal to the IGF and following that through.

Nevertheless, we can compare notes with our proposals and ideas and see 
how we can help each other.
