[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Chapters meeting in Sweden alongside IETF and BoT

Hi, Sabrina.
Would ISOC provide travel/stay support for one representative per chapter?
It makes sense, given the prices of plane tickets in Europe, and
probable IETF discounts at hotels in Sweden.
