Dear Jose Francisco y amigos de ISOC,

"Mucho se habla de libertad y democracia en la Red y poco se hace."

Yes, indeed! It is easy to say libertad y democracia en la Red, also 
very easy to say "The Internet is for Everyone" but in practice, cuando 
la aplicación de "Internet para todos, de todos y para todos", then we 
see that there are limits and penalties (entonces vemos que hay límites 
y sanciones). In fact, it is very difficult now to "difundir 
conocimiento" on the Internet because of the private and commercial 
keepers of knowledge.

There is a very good book in Spanish sobre problemas economicos, 
politicos e idiologicos del derecho de autor en el sur global, descargar 
(libre) http://www.kent.ac.uk/law/copysouth/es/dossier.html (Ten la 
plena libertad de copiarlo y pasárselo a tus colegas y amigos.)

According to our colleagues in Argentina, the criminal action against 
Horacio Potel will not succeed but there will be a civil case. The 
Fundación Vía Libre is trying to mobilize university teachers, students 
and the general public in Buenos Aires.
