[Chapter-delegates] Broadband Stimulus meeting today

The only Marratech meeting I have in my calendar at this time is one 
next week for the Sphere Labels Project.

I would not have been there today anyway because I had to take my wife 
to the hospital regarding a fall and injuries she sustained when we 
were at a restaurant today.
