[Chapter-delegates] REMINDER - "Promoting IPv6" Marratechconference THIS week

Tricia, all,

We are very happy to try to find a time that works for all of you and
attracts most folk. Logistically the proposed change to during ICANN
may be difficult to pull off, but let's see.

In order to keep the speakers we need to keep the same time of UTC
20.00 and UTC 10.30. Local Cairo time is 12.30pm and 10pm. Finding a
room at 12.30pm will be near impossible. UTC 20.00 Tuesday could be a
possibility after our 7-9pm meeting, if we extend the room time, but
I need to check with ICANN. Also I need to see that our speakers are
available on the proposed new date and time.

If the problem with the current dates is that many folk are
travelling to ICANN, and we cannot find a date in the ICANN week, it
will make sense to move it as Sabrina suggests, to after the ICANN
meeting.

However, let me check with all concerned and get back to you.

Anne
