[Chapter-delegates] Reminder - Upcoming meetings in Dubai (RIPE) and Cairo (ICANN)

Dear Colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder of our upcoming meetings.

Two meetings will take place at the ICANN venue, the InterContinental
CityStars Hotel (Al Manial room):

* 2 November, 7:00-9:00 pm : ISOC Chapters and Members meeting
* 4 November, 7:00-9:00 pm : ISOC participation in ICANN meeting

  (local Cairo time UTC/GMT +2 hours)

We would also like to take the opportunity to meet with Chapters 
individually during the RIPE meeting in Dubai and the ICANN meeting in 
Cairo to get a deeper understanding of each Chapter's work and to 
discuss ways in which we can support these activities.

meetings so that we can arrange an appointment.
