[Chapter-delegates] Sad news

Dear Sabrina,

This is very sad news. Prof.dr.Mile Vasiljevic
was the founder of ISOC Serbia and helped Internet
to advance a lot  in his country. I spoke last time  with him
last year  during his stay in U.S and this unexpected 
news strike me a lot. We will miss him. 

In the name of ISOC Slovenia I am sending all my condolence
to his family, colleagues and friends.
